Running Changed My Life Now I Help It Change Others

Running didn’t just change my life. It gave me something to live for. I ran my first marathon in 2018 in Philadelphia, and from that moment on, I was hooked. I set out on a mission to run a marathon in all 50 states, combining my love for travel with a growing obsession for the grind. Each race became part of something bigger, a passion project that brought structure, meaning, and joy into my life.
A few years ago, I lost my mom. That heartbreak shifted everything. Running became more than just a challenge. It became therapy. It became a way to cope, to heal, and to keep going when life felt unbearable. Every mile now carries her memory. Every finish line reminds me why I started.

Now, as a certified V.O₂ coach and 28-time marathoner (probably more by the time you’re reading this 😉), I’ve taken everything I’ve learned from years of training, traveling, and racing—the highs, the lows, the breakthroughs—and built a system to help others rise.

Coaching isn’t just a side project to me. It’s personal. I know what it’s like to chase something that feels impossible. I know what it’s like to need a reason to keep showing up.
